The Stadium Course is ranked #1 in Spain by several media outlets and is consistently ranked in Europe’s Top 10

The Olympic Club Lake Course (San Francisco, California)
This iconic layout designed by Willie Watson in 1924 is short by today’ standards (7,170 yards from the championship tees). The course is laid out on rolling, heavily wooded land with significant elevation changes. Tight fairways lined with mature cypress and pine trees and tiny landing zones make precision off the tee imperative. The rough is thick, greens are firm and fast and the unpredictable coastal weather, including fog and wind, can add and difficult element to the challenge. Notable holes include the par-4 1st, with its precision or else tee shot; the par-3 15th, featuring a severely sloped green; and the par-5 17th, high risk-reward hole. The 18th, a long par-4, is one of the toughest closing holes in golf. A private club, the Lake Course has hosted five U.S. Opens (1955, 1966, 1987, 1998, 2012), the 2021 U.S. Women’s Open, and other major events like the U.S. Amateur and PGA Championship.
