Product Review: Loma Bag by Sunday Golf

Posted onAugust 8, 2020March 27, 2025 golf, golf bag for par 3, golf bag for short course, golf bag for walkers, golf bag review, golf bags, golf equipment review, golfers, golflife, light carry bag, Loma Golf Bag, Loma Golf Bag by Sunday Golf, sunday golf bag

I love to walk and play golf, carry my bag and consume a few frosty ones on the course.

Guess what, I can accommodate all of these pursuits with the Loma Bag by Sunday Golf.

Durable and weighing in at under two pounds and 31 inches tall, it has all the features you want in a bag to take to the range or play a short course or par 3 layout. In car salesman parlance, when talking about extras and features, let’s just say: “This bag has all the candy.”

The Loma Bag Features:

A DUEL FLEX STAND SYSTEM

It’s high quality, easy-to-use and does an admirable job of keeping your bag upright and stable.

BUILT-IN CARRY HANDLE

One of my favorite features, it makes it convenient to carry your bag without putting the strap on your shoulder. I especially like it around the green when I chunk a chip and I can just grab the handle and go onto the next chunk.

WIDE CARRY STRAP

Well-designed and comfortable, the 3-inch wide strap makes it easy to carry the bag.

POCKETS, POCKETS AND MORE POCKETS

The bag has an amazing collection of storage pockets including a velour lined valuables pocket (so you can pay off your gambling losses) and the Frosty Pocket, where you can store some hops and barley (aka swing oil) to access when things start crashing and burning on the course. That usually happens to the Guru when he gets a birdie then inevitably follows it up with a double or triple bogey.

FULL-LENGTH DIVIDER

The divider allows you to easily separate your irons and putter from your driver and hybrids. It can hold up to eight clubs.

COLOR SELECTIONS

The Loma Bag is available in three colors, blue, heather grey and matte black.

EXTRAS

The velcro patch where you can attach your glove and tees holder are nice and convenient touches.

PRICE

Prices start at $119.99 it’s a great deal. (It’s regularly priced $134.99)

Guru Verdict

It’s almost like Sunday Golf consulted The Golf Travel Guru (they smartly did not) on what to include in a bag for a short course enthusiast. When I’m not traveling, I enjoy getting my weekly golf fix in Orlando with a two hour round on a great short course. The Loma Bag has now made that golf experience even better.
